ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Size or Color Changes:

If you need to modify the size or color of your item, email us at info@thebettercc.com before your order has been fulfilled. Once your order is fulfilled, no changes can be made.

Order Cancellations:

We do not allow cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility Window:

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@thebettercc.com

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

Important Exclusions:

  • Collaboration items, limited edition releases, and any item marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Returns are issued via e-gift card only.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all original tags attached.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to:

  • Collaboration pieces

  • Limited edition drops

  • Discounted items marked as final sale

DAMAGES & ISSUES

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@thebettercc.com with photos of the defects and your order number.

We will review the case and offer a resolution accordingly.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Report any missing packages within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages where the shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.
